Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time slot. Activities will only be held for 10 minutes so if you miss your time slot you will be put into the next available time slot.
These Terms and Conditions (together with the East Street Lanes Rules and Privacy Policy) set out the terms on which you agree to take part in any of the activities at East Street Lanes (the “Conditions”).
Please read the Conditions carefully before participating in any of the activities. By taking part in the activities, you confirm that you accept these conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these conditions, you/your child/your party must not take part in any activities. These activities are provided by East Street Lanes Ltd, trading as East Street Lanes, which is a limited liability company incorporated in England and Wales under Company No: 11250943 and whose registered office address is at Granville Hall, 11 Granville Road, Leicester, Leicestershire, England LE1 7RU.
East Street Lanes reserves the right to limit the availability of and/or change any of its activities at any time. East Street Lanes is not under any obligation to offer any refunds for pre-purchased activities. If you have pre-purchased an activity, you may not exchange your allocated time slot for another unless permitted in writing by a manager of East Street Lanes. East Street Lanes shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that East Street Lanes cancels your booking, it shall use all reasonable endeavours to notify you as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation by East Street Lanes, you shall be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule but no other compensation shall be payable.
East Street Lanes will not be held responsible for the loss or damage to any of your personal belongings during your visit to the alley. If you or any member of your group causes any damage to any of the venue’s facilities, fixtures or fittings then you will be liable for the costs of repairing such damage. The cost of any such repairs will be charged to the person responsible for the booking. East Street Lanes staff are not responsible for supervising you or your children at any time, regardless of the child’s age
Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult (over 21 years of age) at all times and must leave the premises by 8pm and we strictly adhere to Challenge 25 guidelines.
